FREE Home Buyer Education Classes
Fair Housing Contact Service (FHCS) is offering monthly FREE Home Buyer Education classes to prospective homebuyers who want more information about purchasing a home. The next 2-part class is Friday, September 23, 1:00-5:00 PM and Friday, September 30, 1:00-5:00 PM. You must attend BOTH classes to earn a certificate. Class Location: Portage Metropolitan Authority, 2832 State Route 59, Ravenna, OH 44266 These home-buyer education classes will give you a solid understanding of the home buying process. The group-learning environment allows for discussion and questions around such topics as money and credit management, the mortgage loan process, shopping for a home, home maintenance, and more.
